More than anything, we value the relationship we have with our customers.

Our customer care hours are:

  • 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Thursday
  • 9 am - 1 pm Friday
  • Closed Weekends and All US National and Religious Holidays

Please allow 24-72 hours (not including closed days) for a response.  Peak seasons, such as holidays, may result in some delays in responses.  Don't worry, we are on it!

Our Return and Exchange Policy:

Return and Exchange Period

  • We offer a generous 60 Day Exchange Policy. Period is calculated from the time you receive the item to the time we received the item for exchange at our warehouse.
  • We offer a 21 Day store credit return policy or 7 Day money back Return Policy, enough time to try items on. Period is calculated from the time you receive the item to the time we receive the return item at our warehouse.

Return and Exchange Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unscented, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Items must be folded and in original clear plastic packaging.
  • Hijabs (for hygiene reasons) and Gowns do not have any exchange policy. They are all sold as final sale.
  • Final Sale/ Clearance - No exchange or return policy.

For Order Status:

Please note orders require 2-3 business days (closed weekends and holidays) processing time in addition to any quoted shipping time.  International orders shipping time can range from 10-15 business days, due to customs, etc.   For example if you selected 2-3 day shipping on checkout, please add 2-3 business days for processing.  

To Report a Missing Item OR Incorrectly Received Item:

  1. Please note items ship from multiple warehouses.  If you received a package with part of your order, expect another package with he remainder of your order.
  2. Before contacting us please confirm non of your items are on PRE-ORDER.  If any items are on PRE-ORDER, expect your entire order to arrive based on the PRE-ORDER details on the PRE-ORDER product page.
  3. For incorrectly mailed items, we will ask you to please mail back the item via USPS Priority Mail.  We will refund you the cost of shipping.   You may also ask to keep the incorrect item at a discount.
