The only way to conduct a Return or Exchange is through this portal. Please do not just mail the items back, they will not be processed.
Refund, Exchanges, and Damaged Items Policy:
- Return for Refund: For the first 14 days you may request a refund. A $10 Restocking fee to cover the cost of return shipping applies, this applies to refunds only. The maximum order refund amount is $200. Refunds in excess of $200 will be issued in the form a of a gift card.
- Exchanges: Will be issued in the form of a gift card, which you can use to purchase any item on the site, we will cover the restocking fee / cost of shipping back to us. The gift card will be used like a new order, i.e. any new shipping fees will apply, as well as free shipping offers. Cannot exchange an exchange.
- Damaged Items: Please report the issue. Let us know it was damaged upon arrival or after being worn. Pictures are required. We will investigate and replace the item if the damage is due to defect.
Pre-Shipment USPS Shipping Tracking Status:
If you placed an order, and have a tracking number, but the tracking status states "Pre-Shipment" for over a week, your item is either pre-order/backordered (check the product page) or out of stock. If the product page does not please call us at 347-460-3253 12-4 pm EST Monday -Thursday to choose a replacement item for your out of stock item. We contact all customers about out of stock items but sometimes we are not able to reach them.
Please check if your item is Pre-Order. If its Pre-Order your item may be in manufacturing. Please report the issue and we will update you. If the item or order is missing, and it's not pre-order, please also report and we will investigate. - Tailored Items cannot be returned or exchanged
- Due to hygienic reasons, all hijabs, underscarves, and salah outfits are final sale
- Clearance and Final Sale items are final sale
- Gowns are Final Sale
- Worn Items - Items Must Be Unworn, Unwashed, with an included original hang tags attached. Items must be folded in original packaging as the item was shipped to the customer. Items need to be resellable.
- One exchange per order for as many items in the order that are exchangeable
