Hijabs are final sale, due to hygienic reasons. Clearance items are exchange only. Gowns are exchange only for size.

Please allow 24-48 hours (not including closed days) for a response. Peak seasons, such as holidays, may result in some delays in responses. Don't worry, we are on it!
Our Return and Exchange Policy:
Return and Exchange Period
- We offer a generous 100 Day Exchange Policy. Period is calculated from the time you receive the item to the time we received the item for exchange at our warehouse.
- We offer a 21 Day store credit return policy or 7 Day money back Return Policy (clearance or final sale are exchange or store credit only, no money back), enough time to try items on. The period is calculated from the time you receive the item to the time we receive the return item at our warehouse.
Return and Exchange Requirements
- Items must be unworn, unscented, unwashed, and unaltered
- Items must be folded and in original clear plastic packaging
- All included hang tags must remain on
- Hijabs (for hygiene reasons) are final sale
- Gowns are exchange only for a different size of the same gown
- Clearance items are exchange only

Please mail unworn items, with tags attached and in original packaging, to:

Please include a note stating:
Your order number: which is in the invoice we emailed you
What your request is: For example exchange item xyz for item abc in size 123 OR return for refund or store credit
If Return, the reason for not exchanging: With hundreds of items to exchange for we get surprised by the extremely rare, less than one in a hundred, return. This will help us improve. For example, our mail return reason is no plus sizes, we are on it 😘
Delivered to you date: Date tracking number states the item was delivered
Payment for exchange shipment cost: Please make payment for shipping exchange back to you through either of these 3 methods:
- Send $6.95 via paypal to email@example.com (include your order number)
- Include a check or money order for $6.95.
Returns are responsible for ALL shipping costs as stated on your USPS label or as we were billed (this includes free shipping offer reimbursement). Shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
For Order Status:
Please note orders require 2-3 business days (closed weekends and holidays) processing time in addition to any quoted shipping time. International orders shipping time can range from 10-15 business days, due to customs, etc. For example, if you selected 1-3 day shipping at checkout, please add 2-3 business days for processing.

To Report a Missing Item, Incorrectly Received Item, or Defective Item:
- Please note items ship from multiple warehouses. If you received a package with part of your order, expect another package with the remainder of your order.
- Before contacting us please confirm none of your items are on PRE-ORDER. If any items are on PRE-ORDER, expect your entire order to arrive based on the PRE-ORDER details on the PRE-ORDER product page.
- For incorrectly mailed items, we will ask you to please mail back the item via USPS Priority Mail. We will refund you the cost of shipping. You may also ask to keep the incorrect item at a discount.
