Shipping Responsibility

  • We ensure packages are delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • If an item is marked delivered but lost or stolen, responsibility lies with the customer.
  • Please provide a secure shipping address to prevent delivery issues.

Additional Information

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Our team immediately processes items for shipping, making cancellation impossible after packing.
  • Processing and shipping times exclude weekends and holidays.
  • Our fulfillment centers operate Monday–Friday and are closed on weekends and holidays.
  • UPS does not operate on national holidays.

Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Submit a Return Request

Step 1: Access Your Account

  • Click the profile icon in the store's menu, or go to the refund policy/returns page and request a return.
  • Enter your email address and click "Continue".
  • Check your email for the six-digit verification code.
  • Return to the store and enter the verification code.

Step 2: Submit the Return Request

  • Click "Request return" for the order you want to return.
  • Select the specific items (if multiple).
  • Choose a return reason and add a note if needed.
  • Click "Request return" again to confirm.

If your return is approved and requires shipping, you'll receive an email with shipping instructions and a return label. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can resolve it promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Tailored items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Hijabs, Scarves, Salah Outfits, Swimsuits, and Gowns are final sale.
  • Clearance and Final Sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original hang tags, folded in original packaging, and resealable.
  • One refund or exchange allowed per order.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • No returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We'll notify you once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
