During peaks periods, e.g. Eid, Ramadan, New Releases, please add 3 Days to all shipping times.
Urban Modesty responsibility is to have the item delivered to the address provided. If an item is stolen or lost once it is labeled by the carrier as delivered, this is the customers responsibility. Please provide a shipping address you believe is secure.

**Above times do not included weekends or holidays. Our fulfillment centers are closed all weekends and holidays, and UPS is closed during national holidays.
If you placed an order, and have a tracking number, but the tracking status states "Pre-Shipment" for over a week, your item is either pre-order/backordered (check the product page) or out of stock.
